Gov't Ordered To Remove Stanford Grad From 'No-Fly' List

Law360, Los Angeles (January 14, 2014, 9:49 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday ordered the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to remove a Stanford-educated architect from Malaysia from a “no-fly" list after the agency admitted during a civil rights trial that she wasn't a national security threat.
