Aerospace Co. Hit With WARN Suit Over Ala. Plant Layoffs

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 5:54 PM EST) -- A former assembly worker at an AAR Manufacturing Inc. plant filed a class action against the aerospace company in Alabama federal court Wednesday, alleging it failed to give employees adequate notice of two mass layoffs last year.
