2 Sentenced For Foreign Military Aircraft Contract Bribes

Law360, Los Angeles (January 15, 2014, 10:31 PM EST) -- A Utah federal judge has sentenced a married couple in a case involving an alleged bribery and fraud scheme designed to funnel contracts for foreign military aircraft purchases to their company, ordering the husband to serve 15 months in prison, according to court filings made available Wednesday.
