Starwood Capital Adds UK-Based Four Pillars Hotels

Law360, Washington (January 16, 2014, 7:11 PM EST) -- Starwood Capital Group said Thursday it had acquired the U.K. hotel owner and operator Four Pillar Hotels for an undisclosed price, in a deal that includes a portfolio of more than 900 rooms.

Starwood said an affiliated fund had coordinated the transaction, which includes five owned and leased hotels and one managed hotel in Oxfordshire, England, and surrounding areas, a company statement said.
