Apple, Amazon, Producers Sued Over Movie Download Patents

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 5:03 PM EST) -- An Ohio company filed suit against Apple Inc., Amazon Inc. and two major movie producers in Illinois federal court Wednesday, alleging they infringed on patents related to the downloading and viewing of movies before they are released in theaters.
