Fed. Circ. Nixes US Home Suit Over Pollution At Base Site

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 2:56 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday tossed U.S. Home Corp.'s lawsuit seeking millions from the government in connection with environmental contamination at a former U.S. Army facility in New Jersey, affirming a ruling by the U.S. Court of Federal Claims that it does not have jurisdiction over the case.

The appellate court published its per curiam decision without comment.
