Houghton Mifflin Gets Claims Tossed In Photo Co.'s IP Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 16, 2014, 5:39 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge kept a copyright infringement suit against Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Co. alive on Thursday but cut breach of contract claims, ruling that the plaintiff did not show copies of its license agreements to back up the claims.
