DynCorp Wants Atty's Whistleblower Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 5:50 PM EST) -- Military contractor DynCorp International Inc. on Thursday fired back against a whistleblower suit filed by an attorney who worked for the company and accused it of retaliating against him for challenging its allegedly fraudulent billings to the government, arguing his claims about its conduct are only “speculative.”
