NJ High Court Refuses Fees Row In Nissan Defects Suit

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 6:36 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has refused to disturb an appellate decision denying attorneys’ fees to two men who sued Nissan of North America Inc. for vehicle defects, according to an order released Friday.
