GFI Revives Plan For Brooklyn Mixed-Use Redevelopment

Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 3:45 PM EST) -- The GFI Development Co. is digging out old plans to redevelop a property it owns in Brooklyn, N.Y., by adding retail space and a mixed-use development with hundreds of residential units, according to Brooklyn Community Board Two, which renewed GFI's 2009 plans Wednesday.
