Gerber Still Faces Nationwide Class Action Labeling Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (January 17, 2014, 6:31 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday pared a class action accusing Gerber Products Co. of breaching state labeling laws on its baby food products, but refused to ditch the nationwide class action claims, finding that Gerber had bitten off more than it could chew at this stage in the litigation.
