Law360, New York (January 17, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- A New Jersey attorney has been hit with a more than $1.8 million malpractice lawsuit in state superior court for allegedly poor representation in a collapsed deal for a 90-unit condominium building in Bergenfield, N.J., whose owner eventually went bankrupt.
