Okla. Ends LCD Antitrust Case Against AU Optronics

Law360, San Francisco (January 17, 2014, 8:13 PM EST) -- The state of Oklahoma on Friday dropped its case in multidistrict litigation accusing AU Optronics Corp. of participating in a conspiracy to fix the prices of liquid crystal display panels, following a spate of settlements with the panel maker's alleged co-conspirators.
