Contractor Again Faces FCA Suit After Execs' Guilty Pleas

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 2:10 PM EST) -- Two whistleblowers relaunched a False Claims Act suit Friday against defunct defense contractor Advanced Solutions for Tomorrow Inc. after the end of criminal proceedings in which former ASFT executives copped to their roles in a $10 million U.S. Navy kickback and bribery scheme.
