High Court Won't Touch LCD Price-Fixing Venue Ruling

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 5:57 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Tuesday to review a Fourth Circuit ruling that the South Carolina attorney general’s price-fixing suit against liquid crystal display manufacturers including LG Display Co. Ltd. and AU Optronics Corp. belongs in state court.
