Dubai Trims Red Tape on Hotel Development

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 1:44 PM EST) -- In an effort to bolster the country's tourism industry, Dubai's ruler has made a number of rule changes that streamline the hotel development and investment process, particularly for three- and four-star projects, officials said Monday.
