Ex-Highland Exec Denies Trashing Firm's Reputation

Law360, Dallas (January 21, 2014, 9:53 PM EST) -- Highland Capital Management LP’s former private equity division chief told Dallas jurors on Tuesday that he sued the company to protect millions of dollars in employment benefits he had earned, denying that he trashed Highland’s reputation or attempted to poach its clients for a new venture.
