GAO Denies DynCorp's Protest Over $650M Air Force Contract

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 4:17 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied DynCorp International LLC’s protest over a $650 million U.S. Air Force contract that Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. had nabbed for aircraft logistics support, the office said Tuesday.

The evaluation of DynCorp’s past performance, and input on its pricing were reasonable, the GAO said in a decision made public Tuesday.
