IT Co.'s Protest Of $14M Voice Tech Contract Falls Short

Law360, Los Angeles (January 21, 2014, 6:22 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected a protest by network information technology company Avaya Government Solutions Inc., finding that a $14 million government contract for an enterprise interactive voice response system that was awarded to another company was given fairly.
