NYC Construction Agency Expands Lease In Queens

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 8:02 PM EST) -- The New York City Department of Design and Construction has renewed and expanded its lease at the Queens Atrium in the Long Island City neighborhood of Queens, inking a deal for 233,000 square feet, according to brokerage The Feil Organization.

The DDC added 23,000 square feet to its existing 210,000-square-foot lease at the 30-30 Thomson Ave. space, which is in an area that is rapidly changing with the addition of new residential properties.
