Excel Sued For Texas Mall's Lack Of Wheelchair Access

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 4:01 PM EST) -- A wheelchair-bound man filed a lawsuit in Texas federal court Tuesday alleging a subsidiary of retail real estate trust Excel Trust LP has failed to provide the disabled with proper access to a Dallas-area shopping center.
