GAO Backs Army's Rejection Of $32M Construction Bid

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 8:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Wednesday published a decision backing the U.S. Army's rejection of a $32 million bid for construction work, finding that the Army was within its rights to eliminate an offer that exceeded the hard $30 million cap in its solicitation for bids.
