Honeywell, Army Team Up On $61M Ill. Garrison Upgrade

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 3:57 PM EST) -- Honeywell International Inc. will join with the U.S. Army on a $61 million infrastructure modernization project to boost energy efficiency at the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing Technology Center in Illinois, it announced Wednesday.

The project will support critical infrastructure improvements at the industrial facility that will cut energy use by approximately 35 percent, and generate up to $5.3 million in annual energy and operational savings, Honeywell said.
