NJ Firm Can't Sink Debt Collections Class Action

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 7:47 PM EST) -- A putative class action against Solomon and Solomon PC advanced after a New Jersey federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss claims that the debt collection firm improperly asked a debtor to pay its fees, claims the judge ruled were legitimate.
