Samsung, Judge Take Aim at Apple Damages Expert In IP Fight

Law360, San Francisco (January 23, 2014, 10:12 PM EST) -- A California federal judge said Thursday that she’s inclined to trim expert reports shaping Apple Inc.’s argument over what Samsung Electronics Co. should pay for allegedly infringing the iPhone 5 and newer iPads, as the duo barrel toward a March trial in their ongoing patent war.
