'Crash' Producer Appeals $12M Award To Star, Director

Law360, Los Angeles (January 23, 2014, 8:14 PM EST) -- A producer of the Academy Award-winning film “Crash” told a California appeals court Thursday that a state judge had erred in awarding $12 million to plaintiffs including actor Brendan Fraser and director Paul Haggis in their contract suit over unpaid fees for work on the film.
