Attys Misused $2M Of Trust Account Funds, Fla. Bar Says

Law360, Miami (January 24, 2014, 6:42 PM EST) -- The Florida Bar on Wednesday hit high-profile Miami plaintiffs' attorney Jeremy Alters and his former law partner with allegations filed in Florida Supreme Court that they improperly transferred more than $2 million from trust accounts to the firm's accounts to cover operating expenses.
