NJ High Court To Hear Suit Over $6.3M Redevelopment Grant

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 8:31 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Friday agreed to hear a suit from five West Orange, N.J., residents against the city challenging a $6.3 million redevelopment grant, but will only consider whether the municipality failed to get the grant properly approved.
