Insurer Escapes NYC Skyscraper Fire Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 2:42 PM EST) -- A New York state judge on Friday tossed URS Corp.’s suit alleging Hudson Specialty Insurance Co. must cover URS against personal injury claims filed by firefighters and their families after a blaze at a building that was damaged during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
