Pilot Charged With Negligence In Calif. Oil Spill

Law360, New York (March 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The pilot at the helm of the cargo ship involved in November's massive oil spill in San Francisco Bay has been charged by federal prosecutors with criminal negligence for his role in the disaster.

The criminal information, filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, said Capt.
