NJ High Court Tackles Redevelopment Recusal Question

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 7:20 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court will wade into a dispute over plans for an assisted living facility in Montclair, N.J., and provide new guidance on when municipal officials should recuse themselves from redevelopment measures, according to a decision posted Monday.
