Ford Truck Dealers Ask Supreme Court To Revive Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 27, 2014, 9:42 PM EST) -- A group of 11 former Ford Motor Co. heavy-duty truck dealers who alleged the auto company breached their contracts when it stopped manufacturing certain trucks and parts asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to resurrect their dispute, saying the lower court used false information to reach its decision.
