GAO Ready To Charge Filing Fee For Bid Protests

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 5:54 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office said Monday it is working to develop a new online docketing system and will charge a fee on new protests in order to support the system, as authorized by the recently passed omnibus spending bill.
