Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 7:52 PM EST) -- House Republicans on Tuesday stepped up pressure on the White House to overhaul the Affordable Care Act’s employer mandate so that workers must clock 40 hours instead of 30 hours to be guaranteed coverage, using a congressional hearing to spotlight industry opposition.
