Skadden Rips Atty OT Claims, Pans Ruling In Similar Suit

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 5:26 PM EST) -- A putative collective action accusing Skadden Arps Meagher Slate & Flom LLP of denying temp lawyers overtime should be dismissed, the firm said Friday, claiming a judge who declined to toss a similar suit endorsed an “unworkable standard” and "mistakenly" overlooked caselaw.
