New Appropriations Law Backs DOL Authority, 3rd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 5:04 PM EST) -- A new law that funds a challenged U.S. Department of Labor rule dealing with prevailing wages under the H-2B visa program bolsters the argument that the DOL had authority to issue the rule, the government told the Third Circuit Friday.
