GNC Hit With Suit Claiming Diet Pills Led To Liver Damage

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 4:20 PM EST) -- GNC Holdings Inc. was hit Monday with a putative class action in New Jersey federal court, the latest lawsuit to arise from its sale of a since-recalled diet supplement, made by a Texas company, that has been linked to liver damage.
