Newark On Verge Of Requiring Paid Sick Leave

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 7:05 PM EST) -- Newark, N.J., could soon become the second city in the state to require that businesses provide paid sick leave to employees, with the city council on Tuesday voting to mandate the benefit for workplaces of all sizes.
