TiVo Pays $135M For Cloud Content Provider Digitalsmiths

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 2:29 PM EST) -- TiVo Inc. will acquire for $135 million in cash Digitalsmiths, a cloud-based content discovery and recommendation services company, bolstering TiVo's position in what it calls the high-growth pay-TV market, it announced Wednesday.
