Horizon Blue Cross Customers Sue Over Data Breach

Law360, Los Angeles (January 29, 2014, 4:36 PM EST) -- Horizon Healthcare Services Inc. was slapped with a putative class action Wednesday in New Jersey federal court over the theft of two laptops containing personal data of nearly 840,000 of the insurer's policyholders, with the plaintiffs claiming the insurer failed to learn its lesson from a prior data security breach.
