3rd Circ. Clarifies Time Limit For Copyright Authorship Claims

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 7:46 PM EST) -- In ordering a new copyright trial Wednesday in a dispute between two inventors of an electronic marketing resource, the Third Circuit for the first time issued clear guidance on the application of time limits to joint authorship claims and ruled that district courts have no authority to revoke copyright registrations.
