Fidelity Sues 2 AIG Units, Others For $48M Ethanol Plant Award

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 6:20 PM EST) -- Title insurance behemoth Fidelity National Financial Inc. has sued two American International Group Inc. units and other insurers in New York federal court for their refusal to cover a $48 million jury verdict against a Fidelity unit that botched the permitting process for a proposed ethanol plant.
