Deluxe Loses Bid To Invalidate Film Anti-Piracy Patent

Law360, Los Angeles (January 29, 2014, 8:46 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday kept alive a Swiss company's suit accusing Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. of infringing a patent for a film piracy-prevention method, saying Deluxe had failed to prove the patent is obvious in light of prior art.
