Former Pa. Senator Can't Appeal Mental Fitness Ruling

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 1:32 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday that Raphael Musto, a former Pennsylvania state senator facing charges for allegedly taking bribes to help obtain grants for construction projects, cannot appeal a determination that he is mentally unfit for trial, which Musto had sought himself.
