O'Quinn Settles With Insurer In Overbilling Coverage Row

Law360, Chicago (January 30, 2014, 2:17 PM EST) -- The O’Quinn Law Firm has cut a deal with National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., in a long-running dispute over coverage for a $46.5 million settlement in a class action that accused the firm of overbilling clients in defective breast implant suits, according to documents filed Wednesday in Texas federal court.
