DSF Group Pays $107M For Hoboken Apartments

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 1:53 PM EST) -- Real estate firm DSF Group has acquired a 271-unit apartment building in Hoboken, N.J., for approximately $107 million, sources close to the deal said Wednesday.

DSF acquired the complex, known as Hoboken Apartments and located at 800 Madison St., free and clear of existing debt, according to HFF LP, which marketed the property on behalf of the seller, whose identity was not disclosed.
