Ear Ringing False Ad Suit Tossed Over Bankruptcy Snafu

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 3:04 PM EST) -- A California judge on Thursday threw out a certified consumer class action alleging NaturalCare Inc. falsely hawked its homeopathic remedy Ringstop as an effective treatment for ringing and buzzing in the ears, saying the lead plaintiff lost standing when she filed a misleading personal bankruptcy.
