Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2014, 9:38 PM EST) -- Cascades Computer Innovation LLC on Friday agreed to dismiss its claims against Motorola Mobility LLC in an antitrust suit accusing patent aggregator RPX Corp. and several Android device makers, including Motorola, of conspiring to refuse its patent licenses, according to court documents.
Cascades, a nonpracticing entity, asked a California federal judge to approve a stipulation dismissing Motorola from the case. The stipulation would not affect Cascades' claims against RPX and co-defendants HTC Corp. and Samsung Electronics Corp, according to court papers.
