NJ Hospital Again Fights Doc Disclosure In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 5:33 PM EST) -- A hospital told the New Jersey Supreme Court on Monday that a document sought in litigation over an allegedly mishandled birth should be kept confidential under the state Patient Safety Act, despite questions over whether the facility's review of the incident comported with the law.
