Texas Justices Asked To Revive $10.5M Gas Royalty Judgment

Law360, Houston (February 5, 2014, 10:38 PM EST) -- A landowners group told the Texas Supreme Court on Wednesday that they shouldn’t be on the hook for $10 million that Occidental Permian Ltd. withheld from royalty payments to cover the cost of extracting natural gas through carbon dioxide injections.
